This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel staff was not helpful. Our room was dirty. The lights did not work in the bedroom. We were provided 4 towels on our
1st day (1 towel per person) & when we called for additional on day 2 we were told they cost 7.95 a towel. We were told that this is not a hotel, it is a time share that does not provide services to guests. Two nights there were very loud domestic issues in the hallway for hours that the hotel staff did not handle & we were scared to say anything. We had to enter our room through a dark side alley. On our last day, the hotel had the nerve to ask us for a recommendation. If they would have refunded our money, we would have left ASAP. ...read more

Sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable. Pillows were also uncomfortable. Also, didn't allow pets. However, we weren't pressured to go on timeshare tour. Great place for the money. The kids loved it. We might visit it again someday. ...read more

Hotel was very nice, new everything, nut spending money won't guarantee that guests will come back. Had issue with AC in room shortly after check in, after waiting over an hour for the Hotel AC guy to just take a look. Called Management and asked for another room. Hotel is great for family. My family of five spent all three days at few of the many pools, four mini golf courses and arcade. The kids were excited at the resort before our four day cruise out of Cape Canaveral. We even had free Wi-Fi in our apartment. ...read more
